Shipping policy

We ship to addresses anywhere in Australia.

Free shipping: Every order ships free with tracking, Australia-wide.

Delivery time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in 7 to 15 business days. You'll get your tracking number by email once your order ships.

Our toys ship directly from our supplier's warehouse, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Christmas and birthdays: Order at least 3 weeks before the big day, and check the banner at the top of our site for Christmas cutoff dates.

Wrong address: Please double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
