How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in 7 to 15 business days, tracked to your door anywhere in Australia. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, so what you see is what you pay.
Will it arrive before Christmas or a birthday?
Order at least 3 weeks before the big day to be safe. Keep an eye on the banner at the top of the site for Christmas cutoff dates.
What ages are your toys for?
Each product page lists the recommended age. Some toys have small parts, so check the age guide and always supervise little ones under 3.
Do the RC toys come with batteries?
Most of our remote control toys come with rechargeable batteries and a USB charging cable. Check the product page for what's in the box. Controllers usually need AA batteries, which aren't included.

What if something arrives broken?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't need to send it back.
